We are excited to announce two additions to the Ideal Family from our 2017 Build U Internship Program!
Chelsey Srivatsa
Chelsey is joining the team as a Project Engineer. She recently graduated from Wayne State University with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering. Her passion in the industry is working with structural steel. Originally, Chelsey had an interest in structural steel design. After going through our Build U Internship Program she found the business side of construction was where she belonged. Outside of work, Chelsey has a deep-rooted passion for cooking. Her grandma taught her everything she needs to know!
Andrew Milkey
Andrew is joining the team as a Project Engineer. He recently graduated from Ferris State University with an Associate’s degree in Building Construction Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management. The service in construction that interests Andrew the most is civil work. In his spare time, Andrew is a certified firefighter. He also enjoys camping and being outside with his friends and family.
