Good morning everyone,
Last week was busy here at the WTC, everyone was preparing for the July 4th shutdown. I have continued working with my mentor, Dan Salkowski, on many of his jobs. We’ve had lots of paperwork to do as well as many meetings to attend with GM and various subcontractors to coordinate shutdown work.
On Friday morning, I had the opportunity to go out and work with a concrete crew on one of Toro Hayes’s jobs. We were working on pouring a small slab and I was helping out the laborers raking concrete. I enjoyed my time out there and it was a great learning experience for me. I am thankful to Gus, Toro, and the crew that I was working with for giving me the opportunity. I have attached a few pictures that Gus took while we were working.
I hope everyone has a great 4th of July.
Sincerely,
Jacob Rhodes
