Week 1 – Building C/Detroit Intern Orientation – Adam Klebba

Hello Everyone!
The interns are back! I am excited for another year in the Build-U program as this will be my second year participating. I had a blast last year and this year looks even more fun. On Wednesday, May 16th we had our 2018 intern orientation down at the yard where we got to play games and get to know each other, followed by attending the Tigers game. I am very excited this year as I was chosen to be the lead intern to help lead this intern class. It was great to meet everyone and get to know all the new faces, as well as catch up with the familiar ones. Everyone was super nice and seem like very down to earth and eager to work people. We followed up the orientation with the Tigers Suite down at Comerica and even though the tigers got destroyed, we still had a very good time! I know we have a great class this year and it excites me for the summer to come. Below is a group picture we took in our new classy 2018 Build-U shirts.
A little info on me this year is that I will be up at the Milford Proving Grounds working with the safety department as Terry Medley is my mentor. I have worked part time with ideal throughout the past school year and now that school is off I am ready to jump right in and help/learn as much as I can.
