Within the construction industry, there is no greater concern than safety. Individual safety measures are set in place on each job site to promote the safety of everyone who enters. Workers use P.P.E. and safety precautions while completing their tasks each day. Project management and safety leaders institute safety policies on each project to lead the workers to safe jobsite practices. Using fundamental safety principles while also being mindful of new perspectives on safety will allow us to make the best possible decisions moving forward. We all have a responsibility to be knowledgeable about the ongoing safety risks associated with the construction industry as well as how to mitigate those risks.
Safety is a matter of life and death for millions of construction workers across the United States every day. Let’s work together to educate ourselves and others on the risks surrounding our work environments and how Safety Brings Us Home at the end of each day.
