Ideal Contracting erected over 3,000 pieces of structural and architectural precast concrete on the Wayne State University Residence Hall located in Detroit, Michigan.
Ideal was challenged with an aggressive schedule and limited laydown area during this project. To meet these challenges, the team effectively coordinated with the precast supplier throughout the project’s duration. This coordination ensured all deliveries and completion dates were met to the satisfaction of the owner. In addition to the precast work, Ideal Contracting was also awarded, and completed, the structural and miscellaneous steel for the same project. For both phases, all work was completed safely with no incidents.
