Ideal Contracting is proud to serve as the general contractor for the new Superior Electric Great Lakes Company headquarters in Auburn Hills, Michigan. This 130,000-square-foot facility is undergoing a complete transformation into a vibrant, modern office space designed to support Superior Electric’s rapidly growing operations. The project commenced with a comprehensive demolition and rebuild of the interior space within an existing building, encompassing offices and warehouse areas, and is being reimagined as an open-concept engineering collaboration space. The renovation features huddle and conference rooms, glass storefronts, acoustical ceilings, a kitchen and break area, locker rooms, restrooms, and all-new interior finishes.
From the demolition phase to completion, this project has been a true collaborative effort between Ideal Contracting and Superior Electric. Our superintendent and management teams have worked closely with Superior’s engineering team on a daily basis to overcome challenges and ensure every detail aligns with their bold vision. Superior Electric selected Ideal Contracting for this complex and important project because of our longstanding partnership and proven ability to manage projects with precision and accountability.
