Stryker Instruments Division Facility

In order to turn the building over to the owner on time, Ideal Contracting was tasked with an aggressive schedule. This required two cranes to erect steel and the project team working ten-hour days, five to six days a week. The location of the project and the time frame in which steel was erected were also unique challenges. Being located on the west side of Michigan, the project team was faced with very cold and snowy conditions, complicating the scheduling and productivity. Despite this challenge, the team worked continuously to maintain the schedule.
