Project Overview

Ideal Contracting proudly partnered with our steel fabrication partner to support the construction of a new 1.4 million-square-foot manufacturing facility dedicated to renewable energy production. Our scope included the erection of all structural and miscellaneous steel across the expansive site.

One of the project’s most complex areas was the Pullar Hall section, which required steel erection from within a 6-foot-deep basement. With foundations placed every 40 feet and two crawler cranes operating in tight quarters, material unloading and shakeout presented significant logistical challenges. To overcome this, our team collaborated with project partners to install stone ramps on the north and south sides of the basement, allowing trucks to safely back in and unload materials more efficiently.

To date, Ideal Contracting has erected over 10,000 tons of steel on this project, demonstrating our team’s ability to deliver on large-scale, high-performance builds with precision and innovation.
