Ideal Contracting provided general contracting services for a new banking retail center in Roseville, Michigan. The project was a ground-up build and was constructed using a prefabricated and modular design, including the exterior finishes. The scope of work included all underground and excavation work, structural and miscellaneous steel erection, the installation of the prefabricated/modular components of the building, and extensive interior finish work.
The floorplan for this new banking center included (6) private offices, (1) conference room, (3) teller stations, (3) booth seating areas, and a living room space. Featured on the building’s exterior are (2) drive-up ATMS with signature canopies, as well as (1) through-the-wall 24/7 vestibule ATM.
Ideal Contracting successfully completed this project in April of 2024. The new banking facility adds to the owner’s growing network of bank branches in Michigan and also provides staff members and customers with a comfortable and modern banking experience.
