Project Overview

Ideal Contracting self-performed the civil, cast-in-place concrete, and the miscellaneous steel associated with the Parking Garage at the Little Caesars Arena. Approximately 80,000 tons of spoils were removed and approximately 11,000 tons of engineered fill was imported. Ideal also installed approximately 100 tons of miscellaneous steel. Additionally, Ideal was responsible for the cast-in-place concrete and all waterproofing activities. This project was constructed with an aggressive schedule requiring trades to work six days a week. At peak manpower, with subcontractors, the project site consisted of approximately 75 people with 20 of those being Ideal Contracting civil crews.
