The SF Grand Ballroom, 50,000 SF of meeting space, and a pedestrian bridge connecting to the convention center. The project includes approximately 800 tons of structural steel and an extensive miscellaneous steel package, including stair handrails throughout the tower, landscape railing systems, and the pedestrian bridge. A highlight of the work is the installation of several large shop-assembled steel trusses, fabricated by our in-house partner Ideal Steel, delivered to the site, and erected by our team. Ideal Contracting is working closely with Colasanti to install steel from the lower podium levels through the tower and up to the roof, ensuring precision and safety at every stage of the project.
