This Automotive Date Center project centralized IT operations in one location to house and maintain back-end IT systems and data storage. Ideal Contracting’s scope of work included the erection of 1,600 tons of structural steel and the installation of 338 precast wall panels for a new 250,000-square-foot building.
The project had many milestones that had to be met for each phase of work. Planning meetings with the owner and prime contractor prior to beginning work, as well as coordinating daily with other trades, kept the project on schedule.
