Ideal Contracting was the concrete contractor for a new medical office building for the Community Health and Social Services (CHASS) Center in Detroit, MI.
As the concrete contractor for this project, Ideal Contracting self-performed all foundations, including footings, pads, elevator pits, 26,000 square feet of slab on grade, 4,600 square feet of slab on deck, parking lot curbs, sidewalks, and driveways. Due to project phasing, well-organized scheduling was crucial to the project’s success. We are proud to have been part of a project that provides necessary medical resources and services to the Southwest Detroit community. This project is a certified LEED green construction project.
