Ideal Contracting was the general contractor for a new 5,000-square-foot Control Maintenance Building for Air Products and Chemicals Incorporation. Design-build was utilized throughout the project to ensure the vision of the client was adequately achieved.
The project included a new pre-engineered metal building with a new control room, multiple manager/administrative offices, conference rooms, and a 30’ x 45’ maintenance shop that included a new hydraulic jib crane and steel mezzanine for storage. The control room, offices, and conference rooms were equipped with commercial-grade resilient flooring and laminate cabinets with a 60” laminate countertop, allowing for computers and comfortable working space.
