Ideal Contracting took the role of General Contractor to Design-Build and facilitate a new 5,000-square-foot Control Maintenance Building for Air Products and Chemicals Incorporation.

The project included a new pre-engineered metal building with a new control room, multiple manager/administrative offices, conference rooms and a 30’ x 45’ maintenance shop that included a new hydraulic jib crane and steel mezzanine for storage. The control room, offices, and conference rooms included commercial grade resilient flooring, laminate cabinets with a 60” laminate countertop that allows for computers and comfortable working space.
