Project Overview:

Ideal Contracting erected over 3,000 pieces of structural and architectural precast concrete on the WSU Residence Hall located in Detroit, Michigan.

Ideal was challenged with an aggressive schedule and limited laydown area during this project, requiring very close coordination between Ideal Contracting and the precast supplier. As a result of their teamwork, all deliveries and completion dates were met to the satisfaction of the owner.

Ideal was also awarded and successfully completed the structural and miscellaneous steel for this same project. For both phases, all work was completed safely with no incidents.
