Project Overview:

Ideal Contracting self-performed the structural steel for a large fulfillment center located in Grand Rapids, Michigan.  The four-story, one-million-square-foot distribution center consisted of 11,000 tons of structural steel.

An average of 75 men were on-site per day and at peak manpower, Ideal had 125 trades personnel on-site.  The project had a very complex schedule due to unforeseen site conditions however it was completed on schedule, within budget, and with no recordable incidents.
