The General Motors Renaissance team has had a record-breaking streak by maintaining an incident and injury-free work zone for the last four years. At Ideal, our number one priority is safety. We encourage employees to live, lead, and empower each other to ensure everyone goes home safely. Creating a safe environment is not possible without the hard work and dedication of our employees. The Ideal team at General Motors Renaissance Center has worked every day to ensure the safety of their team.

The team is currently working on three key projects which include developing an existing empty space, remodeling ten General Motors common areas, and reworking two existing conference rooms to create one. In addition to the key projects, the team works with CBRE on approximately 75 projects annually which consist of emergency response projects, site maintenance, and facility upgrades. With manpower of approximately six Ideal employees and up to 30 sub-contractors, they ensure that the Renaissance Center is kept at exceptional conditions for the occupants.
