The first day of Construction Safety Week provides us with a reminder to remain connected with each other. Connection promotes the safety and well-being of everyone whether they are on a construction site or in their own home. Only good can come about when we connect with those who we interact with daily. Our families, team members, friends, and communities all work better together when we can relate to each other. There is always common ground to be found and relationships to strengthen.
Being connected means the betterment of yourself and those around you. If you notice a team member being reserved or distant, be sure to communicate with them. Likewise, if you are feeling disconnected from others at work or home, take action to stay connected. Continue to build upon existing relationships while also forming new ones. Lets use camaraderie as a tool to keep everyone happy and safe!
