Drew Thomas is a Michigan Regional Council of Carpenters Local 687 Carpenter Apprentice with Ideal Contracting. Now heading into the fourth year of his apprenticeship, Drew is well on his way to becoming a Journeyman Carpenter and teaching future apprentices the knowledge he’s earned.
Skilled trades apprenticeship programs are an excellent pathway for students coming out of high school. Not only do you earn a unique set of skills, but you also get paid to learn on the job. You’re building projects that are going to stand the test of time and positively impact the world around you.
