Rachel’s journey with Ideal spans over eleven years, during which she has made significant contributions across multiple companies and roles. Since joining Ideal Contracting, she has played a pivotal role in shaping our brand identity, elevating our visibility, and fostering a culture of creativity and collaboration within the marketing team.
Beyond her work at Ideal, Rachel is also an active leader in the industry, serving on the boards of the ACE Mentor Program of Southeast Michigan and SMPS Southeast Michigan.
