Jennifer Torres has been promoted to Vice President of Construction Group. Jennifer joined Ideal as a Project Engineer in 2004. She has over twenty-five years of experience in the construction industry and has held several roles at Ideal Contracting, including Project Manager, Senior Project Manager, and Director.
Josh Duey has been promoted to Vice President of Safety Group. Josh has been with Ideal Contracting for twelve years and previously served as the Director of Safety Operations. His leadership has been instrumental in building the company’s award-winning safety program.
Mike Mistruzzi, P.E., has been promoted to Vice President of Estimating Group. Mistruzzi is a thirty-five-year veteran of the construction industry and has been with Ideal Contracting for more than twenty years. He previously served as the company’s Chief Estimator of Steel Group and has held other roles, including Project Engineer, Project Manager, and Estimator.
Patrick Bell has been promoted to Vice President of Steel Group. Pat has been with the company for eight years and previously served as Director of Steel Group. Bell has over thirty years of experience in the construction industry, managing projects throughout the state of Michigan and across the United States. He has played a vital role in the growth and development of the company’s Steel Group over the past eight years.
Tom Braden has been promoted to Vice President of Special Projects Group. He’s been with Ideal Contracting for nearly twenty years and has served in several critical roles such as Project Manager, Senior Project Manager, Director, and now, Vice President. Braden also led Ideal’s purchasing and yard operations before moving into a project management role.
