The Women of Ideal was created to support and empower the incredible women within our organization, as well as our industry. The group officially kicked off in October to develop a mission and vision for the Women of Ideal and organize interactive events that support them. The mission is simple: to “champion women to influence the construction industry.” Their impactful vision statement is to “empower and build each other through opportunities to bridge our careers and personal lives.” The Women of Ideal are proud to begin this journey of creating an inclusive and empowering space where everyone is welcome to collaborate, share experiences, and drive positive change. The participation within the group has been phenomenal, and we are excited to see the big things these women will accomplish together in 2024!
