Spencer Young graduated from Eastern Michigan University with a major in Construction Management and a minor in Business. His career began eight years ago at our sister company, Ideal Shield, and in 2014 Spencer transitioned to Ideal Contracting as a Project Engineer. Due to Spencer’s teamwork mentality, attention to detail, and strong work ethic, he gained a promotion as Project Manager in 2019.
Recently, Spencer became a Certified Weld Inspector (CWI) through the American Welding Society. The CWI is widely recognized both nationally and internationally. The AWS certification ensures the highest level of quality workmanship. Congratulations, Spencer!
