Celebrating Our Safety Champions

Ideal Contracting was proud to begin our Safety Champion of the Month program in 2023. Through this recognition program, we spotlight individuals who display an exemplary commitment to Ideal Contracting’s safety initiatives on our job sites. Our team submits nominations for the Safety Champion each month, and when an individual is chosen, they are given the Safety Champion belt to wear proudly throughout the month. Safety is at the core of what we do at Ideal Contracting, and it takes a collective effort from our entire team to continue strengthening the safety culture that we have built. As we make strides in our safety program, we believe it is imperative to recognize our team for their hard work in looking out for each other and building safely.
