The support we provide each other is an important part of safety within the workplace. When there is strong support among team members, there lies little room for negative mental effects to take control and create risks. Voicing our support of one another is one of the most powerful ways to spread positivity, and this can be done by showing empathy and encouragement to those that need it. Support can also come in the form of physical acts of kindness towards others.
We may never truly understand what someone is going through, but showing our support for them in a time of need will always be better than just standing by. A strong support system promotes a safer and healthier workplace for teams to collaborate.
