The Human Resources Generalist is responsible for a wide range of HR functions and support for the day-to-day duties of the Human Resources department. The position holds responsibility for a wide range of duties including, but not limited to, assisting with full-cycle recruiting and onboarding for new hires, supporting all aspects of benefits administration, supporting compliance and training programs, manages workers compensation and personal leave administration, administers off-boarding process and employee relations, and performing other general business duties as required and assigned. This position will report to the Director of Shared Services and works alongside other departments while playing a key role in the success of the HR department.
The HR Generalist plays a pivotal role in ensuring the HR processes and procedures run effectively in order to best support the department and Company. The HR Generalist will be self-motivated and present with a positive attitude and possess the desire to learn new things while managing shifting priorities. Given the culture and nature of The Company, the team the HR Generalist is supports day-to-day, physically report to work every day, making this is a “work from work” position. It is expected that the HR Generalist desires being hands-on and working alongside the team in person vs. working remotely.
