Accounting Administrative Support

We’re currently seeking a qualified individual to join our team in Detroit, Michigan in the position of Accounting Administrative Support. This position reports to the Controller and will be responsible for performing the essential job functions as outlined below.

Details Responsibilities Included:

  •  Answer telephone calls promptly and professionally directing the internal and external customers to the proper contact or meeting need directly.
  • Prepare, copy, scan, fax, electronically store, and file documents per the Accounting Department procedures.
  • Ensure proper record retention for Accounting Department documents.
  • Process invoices and manage vendor accounts as requested.
  • Process mail and disperse accordingly to the proper departments/employees.
  •  Attend training and meetings as assigned.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers.
  • Provide administrative support to department employees with tasks as directed.
  • Additional duties are assigned by the Controller or designee as deemed necessary to the department operation.
