Pillars of Ideal: Jeremy Gilmore

Ever since he was a kid, Jeremy Gilmore, Superintendent at Ideal Contracting, has been driven by the time he spent with his father, doing the things they loved most.

From weekends on construction sites to countless hours fishing together, Jeremy and his father shared a bond like no other.

Now, Jeremy is honoring that legacy — building his charter fishing business and leading projects across Michigan as a Superintendent with Ideal. Through his work and passions, he’s creating the same kind of lasting memories for others that he was fortunate to share with his dad.
