Pillars of Ideal: Isaac Andrade-Guzman

Meet Isaac Andrade-Guzman, a recent graduate of Detroit Cristo Rey High School and a valued member of the Ideal team for the past four years through the school’s innovative corporate work-study program.

Starting as a freshman, Isaac has rotated through multiple departments at Ideal, gaining hands-on experience in administration, operations, and project support. Beyond his own development, Isaac has been an advocate for the work-study program, helping promote opportunities for other students and strengthening the partnership between Detroit Cristo Rey and Ideal Group. His dedication to education and leadership has made a lasting impact on our company and community.

We’re proud to celebrate Isaac’s journey and the incredible value of programs that connect education with career readiness.
