Build U Internship: Catherine Thornton

As we look back on this summer’s Build U Internship Program, our largest intern class yet, we’ve been reflecting on the experiences, lessons learned, and lasting impact the program had on our interns.

Messages like Catherine’s reinforce why programs like Build U matter. By providing meaningful learning opportunities, professional development, and hands-on industry experience, we’re helping students build the confidence and skills needed for successful careers in construction.
