Ideal Spotlight

After years of working at Ideal Contracting and in the construction industry, Mike Faitel will no longer have to iron his plaid button-up and come in to work, but enjoy his retirement. Mike joined Ideal Contracting in April 2012, where he held the position of Project Manager and Estimator. Some of Mike’s responsibilities have included preparing detailed cost estimates, budgeting, developing and maintaining work schedules, and working with internal and customer teams. Mike is a lifelong fisherman and enjoys golf and cycling. We hope you’ll enjoy every minute of your retirement. Mike, you will be missed.
