We were thrilled to welcome our Build U Intern Class of 2023 last week! We’re looking forward to a busy Summer of engaging experiences, including job site visits, union facility tours, and much more!
The Build U Internship Program provides students with meaningful, challenging, and hands-on experiences in the construction industry. We truly focus on preparing students to enter the workforce with the proper knowledge and resources to be successful. To achieve this, Build U interns are immersed in office and field environments, ensuring they have a deeper understanding of the different facets of construction. In addition to their everyday tasks on-site and in the office, students attend regular training programs, team-building activities, and networking events. At Ideal Contracting, we believe it’s about more than just work. We strive to aid our students in their professional and personal development.
